The South Carolina National Guard Foundation established the scholarship program to assist current members, their dependents, and dependents of retirees with at least 20 years of service. Each year, the SCNGF awards the Academic Achievement/Financial Need Scholarships of $1000.00, and the Academic Leadership Excellence Scholarships of $1,500.00.
Applications for the SCNGF Scholarships are being accepted as of February 13, 2023. The deadline for applications is March 31, 2023 - by 5:00 PM. Recipients, and their families will be invited to the awards ceremony luncheon held on a Saturday in June - date to be announced.
